She was born in Rio de Janeiro, lived and worked many years in Germany (Munich and Berlin) and is now based in the UAE. She is a passionate HR professional with more than 15 years of experience in a global multinational environment.
Silvia is a working mother and comes from a very diverse family background, she enjoys travelling to immerse herself in new cultures and loves soulful, nomadic life experiences while on the road.
