He assists organisations in understanding and actively managing their headcount, employee productivity and total cost of the workforce, by maximising organisational design, workforce analytics and strategic workforce planning.
In the past, Paul worked extensively in Europe and The Middle East for large public and private companies. Prior to this, during his career in Canada he worked with ORIS Creative Solutions, a HR BPO company supporting many organisations on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work for in America list.
Currently, Paul serves as an advisor to executive management, guiding leaders and their teams to make sound choices about the design of their organisation and effective management of the workforce through strategic planning.
