Through 20 years’ experience, George’s role as a HR leader in major corporations included the successful re-engineering of department goals and practices to align them with business goals and objectives.

George drives organisations to build sustainable competitive advantage with their top talent; people who truly possess the capabilities that help differentiate the organisation from its competitors. He has successfully combined his academic background in engineering with extensive practical experience in HR across many multinational and local companies in Egypt and abroad.

George graduated from the faculty of engineering at Cairo University, majoring in aerospace engineering, He is currently studying for a Doctorate of business and previously earned his Masters degree in business from the Arab Academy for Maritime Transport.
