Farzana is a multiple award winning Chief HR and Corporate Services Officer, is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, holds a post graduate diploma in Human Resources and Development from Wolverhampton Business School, UK, is certified with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives UK, as well as the British Psychological Society.

Farzana has had over 21 years of experience of developing and implementing people strategy in line with business and providing innovate solutions for people and business issues in public and private sectors globally. This includes FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 companies such as McKesson Technologies, Carillion, Severn Trent, conglomerates such as Aurecon, Midcom Group and KEF Holdings as well as government entities in the UK and UAE managing a workforce ranging from 250 to 50,000 employees.

Farzana and her team won with the Employer of Choice, Mark of Excellence Award at the HR Excellence Awards 2017; was shortlisted for the HR Team of the Year Award at the HR Excellence Awards 2017, as well as being felicitated with the GCC Best Employer Brand Awards in 2016, 2017 and 2018 at the Employer Branding Awards. Farzana has also recently been shortlisted for HR Director of the year Award 2018 and HR Team of the Year Award 2018 at the Future Workplace Awards as part of the HR Summit and Expo 2018.

Farzana is an accomplished people and business leader, an angel investor and an executive coach and mentor. She is a regular speaker on people matters around the globe, a CIPD endorsed champion for people and organisational development; and an advocate for the empowerment of females, with a passion to give back and create social impact.

Farzana was born in Yorkshire, UK and has been based in Dubai since 2007. She is a devoted mother, an avid traveler and enjoys reading and playing badminton in her spare time.
