1. Naseba

1.1. naseba group S.A. is a company incorporated near the Commercial Register of Grasse in France under the number 718 201 221, with a registered address at Les Espaces de Sophia – 80, route des Lucioles – BP 037 – 06901 Sophia Antipolis Cedex.

2. Scope of these Terms & Conditions

2.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the usage of this website, its services and any registration made on this website for participation as a delegate in an event organized by naseba. This Agreement constitutes the legal relationship between naseba and the purchaser, holding obligations for both parties. You are advised to keep a copy of these Terms for future reference.
2.2. Acceptance of this agreement depends upon approval by naseba. The Agreement consists of both the registration and these Terms and Conditions.
2.3. By purchasing on this website you declare to possess the legal capacity to do so in the country from where you place the order and in the one you are resident. You warrant the ability to enter into this Agreement and to use the website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein, without limitation or modification.

3. Registration & Payment

3.1. When you register for an event, you will be asked to choose the package you want to subscribe and to enter your and your company’s details, and then to choose the mean of payment you wish to use.
3.2. You can pay for your purchase using VISA, MASTERCARD, as well as all other major credit or debit cards. If you choose to pay by credit/debit card, your payment will be processed and charged via the online payment system “Moneybookers Ltd.”, a company authorized and regulated by the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) as an issuer of electronic money.
3.3. Moneybookers provides fast, secure, and reliable online credit card payment processing. The service is available worldwide and complete transaction integrity is delivered protecting both the customer and merchant against fraud and tampering. You will be asked for your credit card information in order to process your payment. Please note that your card will be charged at the time of registration submission.
3.4. The whole transaction process is run on Moneybookers servers. In no circumstances will naseba bear access to your credit card information.
3.5. Upon submission of your registration and payment confirmation, your registration details with be sent to naseba for consideration. Due to the exclusive nature of our events, naseba reserves the right to refuse registration to those who fail to meet the necessary standards for attendance. Typically, this would happen if you are a vendor on the event’s market or if your position is not the target of the event. Please note the conditions for registration, as specified on the products page. In case of any doubt, our teams will contact you. In the case of a registration rejection, a full refund will be issued, however any fee related to the transaction will be the sole responsibility of the User. If your registration is accepted, you will be notified via email with a receipt for your purchase. Please note that your registration will be effective and definitive at that time. naseba then will issue you a welcome letter with a guideline to best prepare you for our event.
3.6. You may also choose to use a bank transfer as a valid form of payment. Once your registration information is submitted and received by naseba, it will be reviewed by our teams for consideration. naseba is granted the right to refuse your registration, for the reasons mentioned above. In such case, our teams will get in touch with you to discuss together the reasons for that refusal.
3.7. If you chose to pay by bank transfer and your registration is accepted, an email with an invoice for your order will be sent to the email address you had provided. Once you receive the confirmation email informing you about the acceptance of your registration, you will have to process the transfer. When sending your payment you will have to indicate your invoice number in the comment line of the wire. Processing times varies among bank institutions; therefore the transfer can be delayed. Please allow additional time for the processing of your bank transfer to make sure we receive your payment on time.

4. Postponement

4.1. naseba reserves the right to change the venue, dates, program, speakers, and participants of the Event and/or to cancel the Event. In the case of a cancellation, you will be provided with a credit notice to be used within 12 months of issuance. A credit note is applicable for registration to any naseba conference, congress, or forum of your selection.
4.2. In the event of a postponement, payments already received will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will be issued a 100% credit representing payments made, to be used for a future naseba event.

5. Cancellation

5.1. If a registrant wishes to cancel his participation and informs naseba: within 7 days after booking with this present form, a full refund will be issued within 45 days of your cancellation;  30 days or more before the Event, 50% of the registration payment remains due. In case you have already processed the full payment, 50% will be refunded; less than 30 days before the Event, 100% of the registration payment remains due. In case you have already processed the full payment, no refund will be granted.
5.2. If granted prior approval from naseba, a delegate unable to attend an event he registered for may be represented by another executive of his company. The replacement attendee is subject to naseba’s discretion.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1. In no circumstances shall naseba bear liability for any damage or loss which might occur to persons and/or properties during the Event, including specifically disturbances of possession and all commercial losses.
6.2. Our insurance does not cover the attendees; therefore it is your responsibility to subscribe to third-party liability insurance.
6.3. naseba does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to this webpage or any related services.
6.4. Participant hereby acknowledges that these terms and conditions shall apply to all content, events, and services.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. naseba will only use a participant’s personal information for the purpose of sending to the individual details of its services. naseba may also disclose such information to its suppliers.
7.2. The data that you provide during the registration process will be securely stored for logistical purposes only. naseba only collects and holds the information that is provided voluntarily. naseba will not sell or disclose any information to a third party other than for matters directly related to the Event.
7.3. The Client however allows naseba to make its contact details available to all the Event’s attendees and, if communicated such personal details of other attendees, commits to respect the same provisions here above written..
7.4. naseba reserves the right to use for promotional purposes any and all material that may be recorded at said Event, whether in photographic, audio, or audiovisual format, without time limit and in any format. The attendee hereby gives up any privacy right he might have due to his presence at the Event and agrees to not enter into any legal proceedings against naseba arising from the use of such material.

8. Acknowledgement

8.1. If your participation in a naseba event requires your travel to an event location, that travel and all its requirements including visa issuance, are your sole responsibility.
8.2. These Terms and Conditions, including all references herein, represent the understanding between the participant and naseba regarding access of this website and participation in the Event.
8.3. When using this site or making a purchase there from, User agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. Modification

9.1. naseba reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions or to an event at any time without notice.
