You will be asked to fill a visa application form and provide a copy of your passport. We then take care of the next step, relieving you from the need to leave your passport at an embassy for any extended period.
The decision to approve or reject your visa application solely rests with the Government of Saudi Arabia.
If your application is rejected, no refund can be provided.
If it is accepted, you will receive (normally within 5 working days) a “pre-approved visa letter” issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You can then visit, with your passport and that letter, the Saudi embassy closest to your place of residence, or the agency authorized by Saudi’s MOFA for that purpose to get the visa stamped in your passport. Your passport may, only at that time, have to be left with the embassy for a few days.
The visa you would receive is a single-entry visa valid for 90 days from the date of issuance and for a maximum stay of 30 days.
