Laure Parise is an art & design advocate with entrepreneurial mindset. In 2015, she co-founded Antidote Art & Design, an online platform based in Dubai that represents both emerging and mid-career talented artists and designers from around the world, with a special focus on the Middle East and South East Asia. She believes that art has the power to bridge communities, transcend social & cultural boundaries and inspire people to connect.

After earning a master’s degree in Communication Law at Panthéon Assas University, she began her carreer in public relations for L’Oreal  in Asia before founding her first web agency in Malaysia 18 years ago.

Since then, Laure returned to her inital passion and has worked in both corporate companies and non-profit institutions in the art, design and trend fields in various countries, such as USA, France,  China and recently UAE.

She has over 15 years of experience in managing and producing international art and design projects, such as art auctions, fundraising and exhibition from conceptualisation to curation.

In 2016, she decided to actively support women photographers  by launching the IWPA (International Women Photographers Award), an award dedicated to promoting and celebrating women photograhers worldwide with Antidote being the strategic partner.
