Kindah Sais is the Global Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Leader, for the Middle East and Africa, including Saudi Arabia and Turkey, at Boeing International. She is responsible for aligning Boeing’s D&I efforts with the customs and sub-cultures in the region.

Kindah’s experience in D&I spans over 15 years with various multinationals. Prior to Boeing, She joined Procter & Gamble, as the first Saudi female in the organisation’s Human Resource Department and led the talent supply, development and D&I practices for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Kindah also serves as the Ambassador for Seattle University’s Saudi and Middle East Alumni Association, and has worked with the Arab Community of Washington State – along with other academies and communities – on various gender and cultural programs and activities. Her passion is fueled by looking for the difference that makes the difference.

A Saudi national who was name one of the Kingdom’s top 100 businesswomen in 2011, Kindah holds an MBA, from the American University of Beirut and a Bachelor’s degree, with a triple major in international business, management and e-commerce and information systems, from Seattle University.
