Over the last 20 years, Imran has worked with MNCs in retail, manufacturing and consumer distribution sectors across the GCC, shaping people strategy, creating human capital as a differentiator and leading culture transformations. He has unique insight of the region’s HR complexities and demands, and a valuable commercial focus.

In his current role, Imran is the steward of the organisation’s culture and learning initiatives. He leads value addition in the business by ensuring the corporate culture engages employees to learn, develop, collaborate and maximise their contributions and capabilities. While fostering cultural transformation is his top priority, thought leadership and creating positive organisational energy are his personal passions.

Imran is an active speaker at various HR conferences and HR summits globally. He was cited as one of the 100 most influential global HR professionals in 2016 and is a recipient of the HR Leadership Award, presented to him by the world HRD congress in 2014.
