A passionate advocate of tourism as a force for good as well as a vocal speaker on the need for more women in leadership, Aradhana believes that tourism’s vast potential can be harnessed to address some of the world’s
most pressing challenges, including economic growth, inclusive development, resource management, environmental preservation and the promotion of a more tolerant and peaceful society. The nature of work she does is transformational to countries with a high dependence on travel, tourism and hospitality and she regularly engages Presidents, Prime Ministers, Tourism Ministers and has interviewed hundreds of government representatives and CEO’s globally on key challenges facing the sector.

Her Strategic Advisory Aptamind Partners (previously Bridge.Over Group) counsels ambitious leaders in family offices, governments, private investors and international organisations on tourism investments. Aptamind works
in over 70+ countries, spanning Europe, Asia, Middle East, and Africa providing critical direction and insight that translates into measurable business growth.

She also serves as a Global Advisory Board Member and Steering Committee member of World Tourism Forum Lucerne a highly focused, top level, strategic body that brings together selected leaders around the world to reflect on the big challenges facing the industry. As part of the Global Think Tank she is one of the select group of 30 leaders who convene annually to draw attention to key issues and drive coordinated and lasting impact in the sector. Aradhana is also Chairwoman of the Board for the Global African Tourism Summit, the leading African Summit that congregates Operators, investors and industry figures to develop new tourism projects throughout Africa.

Previously she has worked for Jones Lang LaSalle, the largest money management firm in the world covering UK, Benelux and Scandinavian markets as well as in Strategy Consulting in Europe and Asia. Aradhana has an MBA from the prestigious Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland and also read at the renowned Cornell University in New York. A keen industry practitioner, she is a regular keynote speaker, moderator and presenter at the foremost Family Office conferences as well as Tourism Summits. She also is a guest lecturer for MBA level courses at different Universities and organisations focussed on the Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Sectors.

Aradhana also serves on the Board of multiple not for profit charities all of which weave together her passion for Africa with the purpose of educating the children – a cause very close to her heart.
