C. Scott Ragsdale Chairman of the Board
Scott Ragdale was born in 1971 in St. Petersburg, Florida and graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with BA in Political Science in 1995.
At University in 1994, Scott was elected President of the Berkeley College Republicans and during his Presidency the club grew to the 2nd largest college republican club in America.
Prior to co-founding naseba in 2002, he worked as a general manager for a global business information company in seven different international cities: Tokyo, Sydney, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Nice, Barcelona and London.
Scott has more than 15 years of international management and sales experience - he has developed, managed and trained employees from more than 50 nationalities.
During the five years he lived in Japan, he passed the highest level on the Japanese proficiency exam (1 kyu).
Scott is a two time Ironman finisher, has run more than 20 marathons, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, and successfully completed Marathon des Sables - a 7 day race across the Sahara desert in Morocco, considered to be the most difficult foot race in the world.
He is an avid collector of Cuban cigars and boasts one of the largest personal collections in the world.
An expatriate for 16 years, Scott speaks French and Japanese and has travelled to 88 countries. He currently lives with his family in Dubai.

Sophie Le Ray Chief Executive Officer
Sophie Le Ray is co-founder of naseba group and was appointed CEO in May 2009. Her primary responsibilities include actively overseeing company operations and investor relations.
Sophie has been central to the creation and development of naseba operations worldwide, and was proud to accompany the group when it went public in 2006.
With over 15 years of experience in producing and organising business congresses and conferences around the world, Sophie started a career in PR for a concert organiser in France, then moved to London and built her career in b2b conference production for a multinational business information company.
Sophie was born in Nice in 1970, and holds a Masters degree in Ancient History. Sophie is passionate about ancient cultures and contemporary architecture.

Fabien Faure Group Managing Director
Fabien has over 10 years of experience in production and sales in conferencing and expos worldwide.
He started his career in London as a researcher for a multinational company and then moved on to sponsorship sales under Scott's management.
Fabien joined naseba upon its creation and built a strong Middle East and India team, adding his sales experience and talent for planning and production management to the mix. He was promoted to Managing Director in October 2006. Since then Fabien has opened up the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's market to naseba, overseeing and boosting the production of several events held in the Kingdom.
Fabien was born in Lyon in 1975, and holds a Masters degree in Business and Economics. He enjoys motor racing in the desert.

Nicholas Watson Global Sales Director
Nicholas Watson oversees naseba group’s revenue and customer management, as well as sales operations for the company’s multiple offices.
With over 9 years experience in business information, Nicholas has been responsible for opening several of naseba’s regional offices - including Europe, India and Africa - in the company’s short but successful history.
He is also responsible for creating and expanding strategic partnerships in these regions, for the benefit of naseba's growing number of summits, congresses and forums around the world.
Prior to joining naseba, Nicholas graduated with an Honours degree in BSC Visualisation in the UK. An avid fitness enthusiast, Nicholas currently resides in Dubai with his family.

Mohammed Saleem General Manager India
Mohammed Saleem is Business Unit Director and General Manager for naseba, India. He is responsible for all Indian events as well as the CxO Series Business unit across the company.
In four years, Mohammed has transformed naseba’s Bangalore office into one of the most successful offices in the group. He worked his way up from sales manager to general manager, whilst developing the client relations department, CRM and marketing and operations.
He received his BSc in Computer Science from Canara College Mangalore. When he’s not in the office, Mohammed enjoys playing cricket, trekking and going to the gym.

Ackash Jain General Manager Asia Pacific
Ackash Jain is the General Manager for Asia Pacific. He is responsible for developing deal flow platforms in the APAC region.
Since joining the company in 2004, Ackash has opened the company’s Singapore and Prague offices and has managed several series of events in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
As to his future plans with the company, Ackash aims to “rule the Asian market and have the most profitable office in the group”.
Ackash has an MBA from Victoria University, UK. In his spare time he enjoys travelling, playing sport and is a serious sports car aficionado.
