    This is a phone-based, trader-sales position. Please note - WE ARE NOT A CALL CENTRE.

    Event Producer
    position available in Dubai and Bangalore

    Event Producers are at the backbone of the company, specialising in business research and project management. You will be researching the intellectual content of conference programmes at the cutting-edge of business strategy.

    You will be responsible for structuring the conference agenda as a result of live research with senior managers from across all industries, selecting and inviting high level speakers, copywriting, designing the conference brochure and ensuring the profitability of projects - from the initial idea to the role out of the event.

    You will be developing partnerships with trade associations, as well as with local governments to ensure your event is the most researched and exclusive in the market.

    Throughout the production cycle you will work closely with the sales team to put together an effective sponsorship strategy, as well as with the operations to ensure a smooth running event.

    Event producers are expected to generate innovative topics, and are incentivized to produce the best events in the market.

  • International Sales Executive
    location: Monaco (South of France)

    Salary: €18,500 annual basic salary + uncapped commission + travel opportunities
    OTE: It all depends on you.
    Commission levels are 5% - 10% depending on targets(packages vary between €15,000 - €100,000).

    naseba is currently recruiting sales executives for the expansion of a division focused on capital raising platforms in emerging markets; a product which has been developed in partnership with one of the largest sovereign funds in the world.

    The division is designed for companies who are looking for capital and investment, introducing them to pre-screened investors in the emerging markets. Our product is focused on deal flow and capital raising for our clients, thus we have developed a sales model which is quick, and our sales teams sell consistently.

    99% of our business is done over the phone, however, we are NOT a call centre but more like traders.

    naseba is looking for 6 International Sales Executives to work and relocate to Monaco, to sell and promote our capital raising initiatives to companies around the world.

    Marketing Executives
    campaign management - position available in Bangalore and Dubai

    The role will suit an experienced, talented and energetic e-marketer with a strong passion for the online channel. The role will need to be balanced with the requirement to assist in producing and delivering compelling campaigns and tactical marketing initiatives.

    As a Marketing Manager, you will successfully plan, develop and implement 2-3 cost effective, targeted marketing campaigns per month. You will ensure that your individual event budgets are kept up-to-date. You will allocate spending and resources that will generate the best returns.

    You will effectively select data to ensure the target market is being reached. In addition, you will communicate with internal 'clients', producers and organisers with regards to the planning, progress and results of the marketing activity.

    required profile:

  • 3+ years experience in b2b campaign management within international markets. Preference will be given to candidates with publishing or conference experience
  • online marketing experience including: Search Engine Optimisation, online lead generation, web trends, creating blogs, web cast, generate web traffic and high site/page ranking with good communication and presentation skills
  • strong copywriting and creative skills
  • excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work to hit daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
  • solid analytical ability to generate and interpret reports




  • Event Coordinator
    position available in Dubai and Bangalore

    As an Event Coordinator, you will be in charge of overall logistics and communication with event participants prior to and during the event. As part of the operations team, your position is a key to the success of the event on which you will work.

    required profile:

  • 2 years operations/logistics experience in a similar position
  • fluent in English and another language (depending on office location, preference will be given to French, German, Arabic)
