Scott Ragsdale Chairman of the Board
Scott has 14 years of international management experience in the business information industry.
Prior to founding naseba in 2002, he lived and worked as a general manager for a global business information company in seven different international cities: Tokyo, Sydney, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Monaco, Barcelona and London.
He has successfully managed and developed people from over 50 nationalities, and he has travelled to more than 80 countries.
Scott has competed in more than 20 marathons and climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro. In 2007, he successfully completed Marathon des Sables - a 7 day race across the Sahara desert - in Morocco. Scott is an IRONMAN since 2010.
He is an avid collector of Cuban cigars and boasts one of the largest personal collections in Europe.
Scott was born in 1971 in St. Petersburg, Florida and has a BA in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley. He studied and worked in Japan for 5 years. He is fluent in Japanese and passed the highest level (1 kyu) on the Japanese proficiency exam.
Scott is the first American to found a company in France and take it public on the Paris Stock Exchange.

Sophie Le Ray Executive Director & CEO
Sophie Le Ray is co-founder of naseba group and was appointed CEO in May 2009. Her primary responsibilities include actively overseeing company operations and investor relations. Sophie has been central to the creation and development of naseba operations worldwide, and was proud to accompany the group when it went public in 2006. With over 15 years of experience in producing and organising business congresses and conferences around the world, Sophie started a career in PR for a concert organiser in France, then moved to London and built her career in b2b conference production for a multinational business information company.
Sophie was born in Nice in 1970, and holds a Masters degree in Ancient History. Sophie is passionate about ancient cultures and contemporary architecture.

Kim Ying Lee Director
Kim Ying started his career in the Netherlands working in management consultancy, corporate development and marketing as well as financial control. He has held managing director positions in several companies where he has dealt with P&L, strategy, sales, marketing, operations, logistics, human resources, and has expanded businesses into new markets.
Kim Ying has extensive experience in re-organising, developing and implementing new information and inventory management systems. He has also accumulated experience in financial, logistics and management information systems across several European companies.
For the last ten years, he has developed and implemented turnaround and growth strategies for medium-sized privately held companies.
Kim Ying Lee was born in Amsterdam in 1962 and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago. He is passionate about architecture and Chinese Art and Culture and is interested in the development of real estate.
