Since 1987, the French Business Council (FBC) is the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Dubai & Northern Emirates. 10th French chamber abroad and the largest in the Middle East, the FBC gathers 750 members including representatives of French companies based in the UAE and France, as well as local and global companies interested in the French market.
The FBC works closely with French governmental organizations and local authorities. The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry is its legal sponsor. Through these privileged connections, members have access to all they need to engage in and pursue their business development, both in France and in the UAE.
The FBC mission is to help foster and develop the economic and commercial relations between France and the UAE. The 15 FBC dynamic business-oriented sectorial committees, clubs and working groups, give members the opportunity to share their experience and to stay up to date with the latest developments in their industry.
The French Business Council organizes more than 90 events per year, including conferences, corporate forums, workshops, networking gatherings and a Gala Dinner, and offers effective communication platforms: E-Newsletter and email campaigns sent to 8,500 contacts, a corporate website www.fbcdubai.com registering 6,500 visitors/month and social media with more than 6,000 fans & subscribers.
