Our name is taken from the Japanese idiomatic expression “naseba- naru” translated, “when there is a will, there is a way.”
“naseba” can literally be translated by “If you make it…”
“Naru” is the Japanese verb “to become.”
The secret to our success is our corporate culture; understanding that “the man at the top of the mountain did not fall there”.
I am from the ‘old school’ when values like loyalty, work ethic and being a person of honour truly meant something to people.
Back in the days when determination, commitment and focus were not just concepts, but qualities applied with consistency every single day.
Unfortunately, these values have been diluted or lost in today’s world, but not at naseba group — they are ingrained in our philosophy.
